Prescription requests are mostly safely made in writing or via the SystemOnline website for which the link is below:
We prefer not to take telephone requests for medicines as this runs an increased risk of error.
If the medicines you require are already authorised as a repeat prescription, please tick the items you require from your printed list. You can post this to the surgery, post it through our letter box if we are closed, or place it in the prescriptions box at Reception when we are open.
Please allow two full working days for the prescription to be prepared. (Medicines requested on Thursday will be ready on Monday).
If you wish to use SystmOnline services for the first time, please print and complete this online_services_registration_form, returning it to Reception with the identification requested on the form. Reception will issue you with a username and password for on-line medicines ordering and appointment booking.
